You are able to register to vote, change your address or name via, https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us

You are also able to register to vote on Election Day. Be sure to have your proof of residence along, this includes but is not limited to a copy of a valid and unexpired Wisconsin Driver's License or ID Card, a utility bill, a paycheck/ pay stub, or correspondence from a unit of government.
