Dog License Fees
- Non-neutered Male/Non-spayed Female: $15.00 per Year
- Neutered Male/Spayed Female: $8.00 per Year
- Late Fee: Dogs Licensed After March 31st $10.00
All dogs over the age of 5 months must be licensed! A license requires submission of:
- Breed
- Sex
- Name
- Color
- Proof of Rabies Vaccination
Receipts, tags and vaccination papers will be mailed back to you. Landlords please advise your tenants to license dogs kept on your property. Please keep in mind that by Village of Cascade ordinance a property may only license up to 3 dogs.
