Leaf pick up: This year, Cascade residents can rake their leaves to the curb (or roadside if you don't have a curb) and every Thursday until Thanksgiving the village will be collecting leaves. This is weather permitting-if it snows too much, we cannot collect the leaves.
Come help honor our Veterans and those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country. This year we are dedicating the new Veterans Memorial we built on the grounds of the Lions Hall. Memorial Day Service and dedication, put on by the Cascade Legion, starts at 1 pm outside the Lions Hall, guest speaker TBD. Brat Fry starts at 11 am and runs through 3 pm. Along with brats and hamburgers, we will have drinks, potato salad, and pork and beans available to purchase. Takeout is available. Raffle drawings will take place throughout the brat fry. It is a good time for all ages and the event will happen rain or shine.
